Do I need a domain name already?

No. If you don't have a domain we'll help you pick and register one — domain registration is included free in your first year, then £20/year from year two. If you already have a domain, we'll connect it for free.

Are there any hidden costs I should know about?

None from us. Hosting, SSL, edits, support — all in your monthly fee. The only external cost is your domain renewal (£20/year from year two — free in year one) and optionally the professional email add-on (+£5/month).

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading is also straightforward — we'll confirm the features you'll be removing first. No penalties either way.

Will my website work on mobile phones and tablets?

Who owns the website?

Yes. E-commerce is included on our Premium plan. Online booking systems are available as an add-on on Core and above. For more complex needs — member portals, custom integrations, payment systems — we offer bespoke options at a flat monthly price, still £0 upfront.
